Published March 12, 2019
Angil McNutt is a young, ambitious seventh-grader at Aitkin High School. Her favorite classes to be in are math and choir. “In choir, I really love to sing,” Angil said. “When I was really little I was really shy at singing, but while I was growing older I (outgrew) stage fright of singing.”
Her favorite thing to do at school is to be with her friends and play games like Shell Shocker and Animal Jams with them. Angil’s favorite lunches are sloppy joes and spaghetti. Her favorite colors are pink or purple. Something interesting about Angil is she has a five-year-old pet iguana named Jumpy.
In the future, Angil is hoping to take more Art classes and Spanish as well. Angil’s advice for others was, “Try your best and be confident and work hard at what you are doing.” When Angil grows up she wants to be a masseuse or a cosmetologist but for now, she is excited to be going into the eighth grade.
