C-4 is a pre-workout supplement that enhances energy, focus, increases fuel, nutrient delivery, and helps with muscle pumps. Lots of people that go to the gym use pre-workout supplements and one of the favorites is C-4.
The NCAA banned C-4 because it works so good for athletes. This product is different for everyone. If you don't go to the gym and don't workout I wouldn't suggest using it because if you don't do anything to make you stronger, nothing will happen. This product has pros and cons; it all depends on how your body takes it. My body takes it well and it is great for me. It doesn't get me too hyper and lets my body do as many reps as I can. It can make you feel energetic and makes your body feel like you are on fire with a tingly sensation and can cause tunnel vision. If this happens to you, you should consult your doctor before using it again.
The product blends great, while other products taste chalky and gritty from the creatine. It tastes like juice when you are drinking it. Pros: Great energy boost, good muscle pump, doesn't hide everything behind a prop blend, tons of great flavors, and it is a fairly reasonable price at 60 servings for $60. Cons: They use 1G creatine nitrate and you need 5g creatine a day for maximum results, and they don’t fill the whole container as it's three-fourths the way full.
Overall this is a solid pre-workout supplement. I've tried 10 different pre-workouts and this is in my top 3.
Rating - 8.5/10
